Committing Oral Sex Is Not Against Malaysian Law

Committing Oral Sex Is Not Against Malaysian Law

By Admin

Police have investigated MCA President Chua Soi Lek for oral sex, considered carnal intercourse against the order of nature, based on footage from his sex DVD scandal two years ago. According to news reports, Selangor Criminal Investigation Department chief Hasnan Hassan said that police were investigating the sex DVD under section 377(A) of the Penal Code.

Not only will the police be going after those who circulated the tape, but they may also charge Soi Lek, who if found guilty can be jailed for up to 20 years.
The sex scandal resurfaced on Feb 10, 2009 after a Kelana Jaya resident claimed that an envelope containing the DVD and a letter was placed in his mailbox. The letter instructed the recipient to lodge a police report after watching the video. The video, featured Soi Lek and a woman having sex in a hotel suite.

Upon watching the DVD, the resident realised that the DVD was a pornographic video and proceeded to make the police report. Chua had given a statement at the district police headquarters at Petaling Jaya and told investigators that the video is the same as the one that surfaced previously. In January 2008, the former Labis MP admitted to being the man in a sex video and resigned from all political posts.

It is rather strange that the Police were swift to act against Leader of the Opposition YB Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim who is charged with sodomy, which by definition is considered as carnal intercourse against the order of nature just like the blow job Tiger Chua got from his lady friend but until now Tiger Chua has yet to be charged. Unlike Tiger Chua's sex DVD scandal, there's not even an iota of evidence to proof that DSAI committed sodomy as claimed by Saiful Bukhari.

The Scribe calls upon the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), The Inspector General of Police and the Home Minister to institute criminal proceedings against Chua Soi Lek for committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature. Failing which, it shall be construed that committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature is not against Malaysian law and all those accused and charged of committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature shall have their charges dropped with immediate effect.

drug, sexual stimulants and phonographic material are easily available in malaysian market now

January 12, 2010 20:15 PM
MCPA Exposes Easy Availability Of Cheap Drug
PETALING JAYA, Jan 12 (Bernama) -- The easy availability of a cheap drug, faked sexual stimulants and pornographic material for secondary school students and youths in the capital has astounded the Malaysian Crime Prevention Association (MCPA).

Its president, Ravi Ponnan said items like phonographic DVDs, lighters and gaming cards with pictures of nude women, stun-guns could easily be bought from night markets and sundry shops.

He claimed that a type of pills, made of tobacco and acre nuts, said to be cancer pills originating from India were sold for 60 sen each at night markets, sundry shops and mamak restaurants.

"Although the pill is not a drug but it can give a hallucination effect 15 minutes after taking it. Ironically, it is banned in India.

"The pill is a hit among students as it cheap. Some students have even misled their teachers and parents by saying they are pills for headache and they get addicted to it.

"Our surveillance showed that foreign workers, especially restaurant helpers and car wash attendants, are taking the pills.

"We have also succeeded in persuading traders to sell to us two electric stun-guns priced at RM70 and RM80 each, which looked like a mobile phone and a torch light," he added.

Ravi said the MCPA was willing to provide details of its surveillance to relevant authorities.

Pelajar Terdedah Kepada Bahan Khayal Dan Lucah

Attacks on churches in Malaysia in early 2010

January 11, 2010 14:55 PM

SIB Church In Seremban 2 Becomes Eighth Church Attacked Since Friday

SEREMBAN, Jan 11 (Bernama) -- The Sidang Injil Borneo (SIB) church at Lake View Square, Seremban 2, Negri Sembilan became the eighth church attacked when scorch marks were found on its main entrance door.

The attack, the first in Negeri Sembilan and discovered this morning, however did not affect the church interior and was believed to have occurred early Monday morning.

Negeri Sembilan deputy police chief Datuk Abd Manan Mhd Hassan said police were informed of the incident by a man who found the main door of the church with burn marks at about 8.30am.

"A team of police officers, together with the forensic unit and the Fire and Rescue Department went to inspect the incident and found the front entrance door damaged.

"We believe assailants used petrol to set fire to the door but fortunately the fire did not spread," he told reporters at the scene of the incident.

He said police believe the incident took place between 1.30am and 8.30am because a police unit had patrolled the area at 1.30am and found everything in order.

He added that he had directed all police patrol cars and all police officers on duty to monitor places of worship, especially mosques and churches, to ensure their safety.

"I urge the people to stop such activities. Do not do anything that can disrupt peace and harmony of the country. We will take stern action against those found responsible," he said.

Meanwhile, the priest of the church, Eddy Marson Yasir, 33, said he was the last one to leave the church after a meeting at 11.30pm Sunday night.

"I was shocked when a church member informed me of the fire this morning. The church has been in existence in Seremban for the past 10 years," he said.

A church member V. Jashua, 49, said he was having breakfast in the area when he noticed a man standing in front of the church.

"When I went to investigate, the man told me that the front door of the church was burnt," he said.

Four churches in the Klang Valley were hit by petrol bombs on Friday while one was hit yesterday in Taiping. A Malacca church reported it was splashed with black paint while a priest in Penang had his car splashed with red paint.

Yesterday, a convent school in Taiping was also the target of an attempt with petrol bombs found near its guardhouse overnight while a stone was thrown at a church in Miri.

The church attacks followed a High Court ruling on Dec 31, that Catholic weekly Herald had the constitutional rights to use the word 'Allah' to describe the Christian God in their Bahasa Malaysia section.
